Refund policy

At 24thspoke, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. 

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • We exchange only if product received with defect and we need proper opening video 
  • No Exchange No Return On Sizes
  • No Cancellation & Refund once the order is placed 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customer.24thspoke@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9560386369.
  • Provide your order number, parcel opening video, and any other relevant details.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about credit note.
  • No Refund will be given incase product got out of stock or product not delivered/missing. In that case we will provide credit note to customer.
  • Credit note will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within same time.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.24thspoke@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement including shipping costs.
